Hey there, as an owner, you have the flexibility to cancel your reservation without facing any penalties if you do so at least 60 days before your arrival date. We'll make sure to let other owners know about the newly available dates. Now, if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, you won't get a refund unless another owner books the dates. But hey, here's the good news - if someone snatches up those dates, you won't face any penalties at all! Just remember, if the dates aren't rebooked, it will affect your annual stay night cycle. Join us at luxury shares homes where the standard arrival and departure time is at 12 noon. If you need a different arrival time or wish to extend your stay, kindly let us know as soon as you can.
